SPA Etiquette & Policies Reservations & Cancellation Policy You must have a valid credit card to book an appointment. The credit card will not be charged and you can pay how you like at the time of your service. We value your time as much as you do. Please respect ours as well. In the event you are late, please contact us to make sure we can still accommodate you. It is kindly requested that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged 50% if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. We also require full payment at the time of booking for future bookings, which is non-refundable. All no call no show appointments will be charged 100% and must be pre-paid when booking. Pre-paid appointments are non-refundable. To cancel please text us at 609-992-4479 Payments & Gratuities In addition to our prices, kindly note that gratuities are not included. We accept cash, most credit cards, but not personal checks. There is a 3.5% surcharge on credit card users. Gift Certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable. In the event that you lose your gift certificate, we cannot guarantee its retrieval. However, it would be helpful if you provided us with the purchaser's name, date of purchase, and the amount. To qualify for special offers and discounts, kindly note that they cannot be combined. Massage services are subject to sales tax. Prices are subject to change. Group Booking Policies: Please review our group terms and conditions before booking with Vivir Body Mind. Key points include: • A valid credit card is required to reserve group services. • Service details and guest numbers must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event and cannot be changed afterward. • Punctuality is essential; late arrivals will result in shortened services. • A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due 30 days before the event; this deposit becomes fully non-refundable 14 days prior to the event. • Cancellations must be made with at least 14 days' notice. • Client intake forms and service schedules must be submitted 7 days before the event to receive services. ​ HEALTH We respect the health of our guests. We ask that you inform us of any injuries, surgeries, medication, or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated. INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return. Retail returns You will be able to exchange your product purchase or receive spa credit within 15 days of purchase. Vivir Body Mind reserves the right to cancel any contract that does not adhere to these terms. Charges will still apply in such cases. Clients are responsible for any parking/tolls fees if applicable, such as paid parking at your location.
